If that's the type you are hoping to do, I did one myself that was very easy to do.
I just used the Windows Movie Maker for mine. ( [link] ) If you wanted to check it out.
It was fairly easy to do though, just dragged the pics in, placed a song at the beginning, and just spaced the place areas to how long I wanted the length of the pics to be viewed.
